The services of Tenuta San Ottaviano
Making you feel good and giving you unforgettable experiences is our goal.
The estate offers many services both for those seeking recharging and relaxation and for those who want to immerse themselves in the area and experience it to the full.
Two 17 x 8 metre panoramic swimming pools are available to our guests.
The depth is 1.40 m, making it ideal for both children and swimming.
On the short side there is a comfortable “sunbathing beach” where the water is about 25 cm high.
Your gaze is filled with the beauty of the Tuscan hills as far as the eye can see, while you relax completely in the silence of the Tenuta.
On the Estate, guests can take lessons or go horse riding in our riding school.
On holiday with your dog
At San Ottaviano, all four-legged friends are welcome!
The farm is home to many companion animals including our two dogs, cats, donkeys, a pig, calves, chickens and horses.
It is a pleasure to share the estate with them and your four-legged friends.
Some accommodations have private, fenced gardens.
The 400 ha. of land surrounding San Ottaviano offer an infinite number of paths and nature trails: some lead to the Cornia river or to the small waterfalls nearby, where dogs can bathe in peace.
And in 30 minutes by car you can reach the sea, where there are some dog-friendly beaches.
Tastings and Tours
Birrificio De’ Neri
At our brewery, it is possible to book tastings, tours, and events for groups, also in combination with our restaurant.
From April to October, we conduct a tour of our brewery once a week or by appointment.
We have an event room with a capacity of about 70 people.
Before you leave, be sure to taste and/or take home our organic products: honey, free-range meat, extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables, malt flours, barley coffee and, of course, our beer!

WHERE WE ARE
HOW TO FIND US
We recommend that you only use Google Maps on your phone to find us.
Navigators do NOT recognise our street.
Please enter “Agriturismo San Ottaviano” as your destination.
We always recommend taking the road along the sea (instead of inland), taking the Venturina exit and then following Google Maps to the Tenuta.
